Our cancellation policy 

Guests 

On booking : guests phoning or emailing The Log Cabin directly -will be requireded to pay the total amount due for their stay prior to arrival. BACs details will be given and an email to confirm payment will be sent to you, this will serve as a receipt. 

For any reservations made via Booking.com or Airbnb - they will be dealing with the payment side of things directly with the guests, and any cancellation policy agreed on their platforms.(Sites) 

Cancellation at short notice will incur charges:

Cancellation with less than 72 hours notice will incur 50% of the total amount paid.

Cancelation with less than 48 hours notice will incur the total amount paid.
