Our cancellation policy 

Guests not useing a booking site 

On booking : guests phoning directly not via Airbnb will have the total amount taken from the payment card details given and an email to confirm payment will be sent to you, a receipt for this will be available to you on your arrival.

Cancellation at short notice will incur charges:

Cancellation with less than 72 hours notice will incur 50% of the total amount paid.

Cancelation with less than 24 hours notice will incur the total amount paid

Due to (Covid- 19) please contact me a the earlist opportunity to make any cancellation due to illness or other circumtances that cannot be avoided.
